New Years 2009

Wow!! We can hardly believe it is 2009 ~ another year zipped quickly by... We celebrated the New Year with a fairly quiet evening at home with family and friends. It was Dave, Sue, Ryan, Eric, Lara, Joan (Sue's sister), Jim (Joan's friend), Tony and Christin Foscarini and Trevor Feller. We played some games, ate some food, watched a movie and then toasted in the New Year. We could see fireworks from our deck across the lake, trudging through snow to get a better view. Our second holiday season in Utah was wonderful and we are so thankful for our family and the time we get to share with them. Happy New Year!!

It's our favorite time of year, Christmas! We have been buying, wrapping, more buying and more wrapping for what seems like weeks! Our first big snowstorm has dropped 10 inches of snow, and with temperatures in the 20's and 30's during the day (and low teens at night), the snow's not going anywhere soon. The kids are all coming to spend Christmas and the holidays with us so there will be lot's of movies, games and eating. Welcome to our Blog!!!

Well...I'm hopping on the blogging bandwagon...Kristin is here for Thanksgiving and is helping me get it all set up. Now I can better share all the latest happenings with all my friends that I don't get to see very often! We hope everyone is doing well and invite you to come see us anytime you are out our way!! We're keeping busy with work and grandkids and adjusting to wintertime in Utah. Dave is excited to start up skiing again and Sue can't wait to take the grandkids sledding.
